Q.

My son is about 2.5 months old...He nose clogged in morning daily...I am using steam and nasoclear solution but It is showing A little relief...what should be done?

A. along with nasoclear you can give steam inhalationyou should always consult doctor for proper medicine because it is only after clinical examination that proper treatment would be suggested and weight is important to decide dosage do not selfmedicate

Hi Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Use saline nasal drops
