Q.
my son is 9 month old. he has already 4 up and 4 down teeth .... total 8 teeth.....in this early age so many teeth is it good or bad and y so many teeth came so early?

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some babies can start teething early and just make sure to maintain a proper hygiene and any concern then it is better to check with your paediatric dentist and he will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
