my son is 8 years old.How will give the doses albendazole 400mg tabler

A. If you are giving a tablet to the child then you should ask your doctor for that because the medication comes into the package of 10 ML which you can give to the child one time in the night before the child is going to sleep and the next one can be given after six months again
