My son is 8 years old, he has stammering now recently..can I know what is the reason of this problem

A. Developmental stuttering is the most common type. It affects children 3-8 years old and tends to come on gradually. It's called “developmental” because it happens at the time the child is developing most of their speech and language skills. There may be issues with timing, patterning, and rhythms of speech.
