My son is 8 years old and he doesn’t like to have plane milk but he loves when I give milk with little joys health mix daily can we give it daily. He like to have multivitamin and immunity gummies please suggest if they are good and safe. Thank you

The brand claims to be very good but I am not very sure how good it is because it is not clinically approved so you can give it to the child once in a child have it otherwise you can make a dry fruit powder at Home add some unsweetened cocoa powder and jaggery powder for the flavour so I am sure you’ll almost achieve what you are giving which would be much better and healthier because you know what all have you added to the product that you were giving
