Q.

My son is 8 months and 2 weeks old and he is avoiding semi-solid foods for the past 2days and feeding only breastmilk. Is it normal during teething or do I need to consult doctor

A. Hi usually kids show loss of appetite during the teething phase.. give whatever food your baby is liking to avoid any nutritional deficiencies.. as this condition is temporary and will subside after the eruption of teeth so don't be tensed

A. Hello dear parent! Gently press your child’s gums with a soft cotton cloth dipped in cold water to reduce teething discomfort. Use Babyhug teether and soothers. Maintain a good personal hygiene and oral hygiene for your baby. Continue breastfeeding. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
