my son is 8 month old. when we can introduce salt and sugar in baby food. can we give cow milk in stead of formula milk??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no salt, sugar n cow milk till 1 year of age. babies get required amount of salt from regular diet and bm. and sugar is not good for babys health.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. U. Can add salt to the food but you cannot add sugar so just to replace sugar you can go ahead with dates syrup or jaggery powder into the food of your child and cows milk or buffalo’s milk cannot be introduced before the age of 12
