my son is 8 month old is having high temperature since yesterday early morning...we were giving him Crocin drops 1 ml...but after consulting his regular pediatrician in evening, we have started giving combiflame syrup 3.5 ml...I want to know... should I have to give him medicine 6 hourly whether he has fever or not ..
