A. Hi mommy, unless they are spreading fast or very itchy, these are milia which is very common in babies. dont worry. keep his skin clean as usual and apply a good moisturiser in day and night both. Use cotton clothes only and avoid direct sunlight or direct air flow on his face. rest is fine.
