My son is 7months old now. I am giving Nan pro formula milk. He will constipated and gassy. Can i give him cow's milk?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 1 m old boy2 years agoA. Hai good afternoon !! Cow milk ,buffalo milk is not suggested for babies under one year as they cant digest easily.
Breast feed or formula feed is suggested along with semi solid food twice a day as baby is 7 months old.
Fruit and vegetable puriee,mashes,cerelac,dal kichdi,mashed rice with dal,rasam,curd,idly,porridges but check suitability.
Gas is common ,for constipation do tummy massage with warm castor oil or coconut oil.
