Q.
my son is 7mmonth old having fever particularly in night time for the past 6 days... giving paracetamol is effective on that time only..if I skip in giving medicine fever persist.What can I do...he is not sleeping in the night time...

Always measures temperature in armpits only.
No need to give any fever medicine if fever is below 100 F.
If asociated complaints like cough, cold, loose motion
Treat that accordingly as per ur pediatricians advice.
Keep ur baby well hydrated.
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day.
Visit ur pediatrician once
