my son is 7m10dys old he is 7.5 kg now. since yesterday night he is suffering from cough and cold and fever with temp around 101,102,100.1. have given pyregesic 10 to15 drops but still not working. coughing a lot which medicine shld i give and what is the correct drop

difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.
advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment
This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations .
For cold you can give drops wikoryl AF 0.5 ml to the child 2-3 times per day.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful.
Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after 1 year age)and turmeric with milk at at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink
If no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
paracetamol for fever and pain

please give gentle massage on chest and limbs with Babyhug rapid relief rub
please give daily sun light exposure
