My son is 7 years old , when he plays sweats a lot , what could be a reason of this?

A. Hello! It can be due to deficiency issues which my doctor has advised for my son few years back . My son also had a similar kind of problem whenever playing. So the doctor has given supplements which has sufficed along with healthy balance diet.
