Q.
My son is 7 years and 6 months old. He is frequently falling ill having high fever, tonsilitis. He had to be hospitalized twice in last 3 months due to his health issues. Please suggest what should be done in that case. Any particular tests required? He is underweight also (just 17 kgs). Please help

give immunity boosting foods as leafy vegetables rooty vegetables seasonal fruits citrus fruits garlic ginger dty fruits nuts and seeds curd turmeric milk honey
