After bath try applying coconut oil to the affected area. Leave it open to dry for sometime. Later clean it up with a soft cotton cloth dipped in warm water. Check if this works. If not, speak to your doctor for further assistance. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your child. Stay safe indoors. Good luck and take care.
