Q.
My son is 7 months old. He drinks approximately 400-500ml of milk(BM/formula) in a day. 60ml per feeding 6 or 7 feed per day. He has started solids and eats 2 meal i.e. 1 TSP ragi/wheat porridge once and 1 TSP moong dal water/boil veggies once. He weighs 7kg. How much milk a 7+ month baby needs? Please tell me

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. The milk which you are giving is enough for the baby and along with you th two meals give one fruit purée in a day and give water as well
