Q.

my son is 7 months 1 day old,from yesterday he is suffering from fever,he was vomiting also,I went to doctor to check up him n doctor said this is viral fever n some gas problem,he doesn't want to eat solid,what should I do?

A. Hello, your baby boy is 7 months old and he is having a fever so don’t worry if temperature is less than 100 degrees then don’t give him any medicine but frequent breast feeding
