My son is 6year old ,last month he was unwell with fever with high temperature around 104.if he is in home he is all good.If he go to school 10days once he is getting fever.I m really scared .kindly guide me

A. if you child is having high grade fever you can give syrup meftal p and also you can do coal spunning of the whole body and consult doctor for a proper examination and treatment then
