ExpertDilshad AnsariNutritionist6 years agoA. hi.. yes you can take it in less quantity, send speakers are rich in Salt and oil, taking it in excess may give you heartburn and gases. you can take it in moderation. watch for any discomfort to baby, if you find any please avoid it
