My son is 6 year old. he has small red spot on his tongue . should I consult to doctor or it will get better on its own

A. Sometimes when kids have something hot suddenly the tongue gets burned which is why it becomes a little red like this so if the child is complaining pain or something then it’s better to consult the doctor otherwise you can apply some honey which will be helpful
