Q.

my son is 6 months old, I want to start marigold biscuit with milk..can I give him and what milk should I use cow milk or formula milk

A. Dear mum, you should avoid giving biscuits to your child. Avoid giving formula. Ideally, breast milk should be the primary source of milk for your child. You can use cow milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer.

A. Biscuits are not advisable to babies until 2 years. It's better to avoid salt and sugar until a year atleast. For milk, my doctor had suggested me formula milk since cow's milk has high protein, won't be suitable to small babies. I gove Aptamil to my baby, it has Prebiotics that help build immunity & digestion. Please discuss with your doctor once.

A. Hi parent Please don't give her biscuits etc In fact no packaged good should be given to her Home made fresh cooked food is the best Packaged food contain maida , oil and preservatives Please don't give such food yo your baby Give her probiotics , cereals , pulses , millets and citrus fruits. Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water
