my son is 6 months old he is not passing motion daily though I give him smuth syrup 3ml or 3 or 4 days he is passing what is de issue I strt giving him nestum cerlac

So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed . You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital. It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment
