my son is 6 months old and i have just started solid, is runny nose reaction of any food and do i need to worry or it s normal

A. dear mum runny nose should not be a result of top food introduction ensure good hygiene while preparing and feeding food give variety of home foods grains pulses seasonal vegetables fruits green leafy vegetables also continue to breastfeed baby on demand
