My son is 6 month old. His stool is yellow and watery/runny. Used diarrhoea medicine as per paediatrician recommendation for 3 days. Still it is runny. Anything to worry about this?

A. normal in the baby vgait is quite natural small babies will be passing loose motions no need to worry about them as long as the baby is on mother's milk that chances of infection will not be there
