Q.

my son is 6 month old he is having low hemoglobin 7.2 only what need to increase the hemoglobin is this serious? 2. he s having rashes (theimbal) wt need to do ?

A. Start giving your baby iron rich foods like sweet potato, pomegranate juice, chikoo, spinach leaves can be added in khichdi, raisins water, soak raisins overnight and in the morning give that water to the baby in small quantity. Introduce one food at a time and go slow

A. For rash you should apply coconut oil and powder to the area and also you should give your baby pomegranate apple and sweet potatoes it is not a big issue most of the babies have low haemoglobin that is why Iron tonics are given
