My son is 6 and half months old. I have started to give him moong dal water and pear juice along with Breastfeeding is I see that he is constipated. His poop is bit hard. what should I give him that the poop is smooth and not hard.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Constipation in Babies less than 6 months is very common and more in formula fed babies.
you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparationus in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age
