my son is 5yrs 3months old he is complaining that he has pain in her left leg centre finger and this was happening only in night time and in morning hours he will be fine i was concerned about that not understanding what i have to do there was not at all any injury in the past days

Could be associated with growth pain so it would be too best for you to check with your doctor massage their legs regularly before sleeping and start with calcium and vitamin D supplement after confirming with your doctor these things will be very helpful
