Q.
my son is 5months old,he drink only mother milk. can we drink him dal water and little rice now? which type of milk can give from market?

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. nothing from market, Mother's milk is complete food for the baby . The initial portion is watery that takes care of hydration and the later portion that is creamy and rich in facts will provide then necessary nutrition. So there is no need to give even water . Try to exclusively breastfeed the baby for first 6 months after birth.
