my son is 5 yrs 8 months old and after sleeping in the night he grit the teeth to stive.. pls suggest what should I give him.

Deworming Is important for your child I think if your child is getting its teeth then probably your child is having warms in the stomach so it’s very very important for you to consult your doctor and give medicine to the child after that hopefully this problem will not come again
