My son is 5 yr, 9 month old and he does not show interest towards eating either food or junk, can u please suggest what can be done to improve his appetite as I am worried too much about him.

A. Hello! You need to start establishing a routine to serve meals and snacks at the same time each day to help child regulate hunger cues. Avoid forcing your child as they can create negative association with male time. Continue offering a range of healthy foods alongside familiar favourites. Reduce the milk intake or liquid intake before meals.
