my son is 5 years old. he is having cold, dry cough from 1 month. fever is repeating after 1 month.after 2 days of fever he is normal.tonsiles are swellen both side still doctor not given any antibiotics. what to do?

repeatative Infection means low Immunity
so please focus on building strong immunity of your child.
give Luke warm water to drink
and maintain good Hydration throughout the day
avoid giving oily ,cold and sugary food items.
ask to do salt water gargling.
give Turmeric milk once in a day.
