my son is 5 years 2 months old. he is covid positive and have a kind fever, doctor suggested home isolation only. should I go for other precautions as well

A. if he has only fever than good to treat him at home. do follow all advice n medication given by your treating doctor. Follow Covid-19 protocols of masking, social distancing, frequent hand washing and hand sanitizing. give him pretty of fluids n soft, easy to digest food.
