my son is 5 months old. his soft spot is so reddish in colour and feels itchy. may i know wats the reason and when will it get resolved. attached picture for ur reference

A. Hi mom It seems to be fungal infection. Consult your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby head. Take care and all the best
