my son is 5 months old can I give ceralac or porridge 2 times a day

A. Hello mom intially you can give them liquid consistency foods and as they get used to it you can gradually move to semi.solid and mashed foods

A. Am telling this by my experience, don't give cerelac as first food for baby, they won't eat anything other than cerelac as it tastes sweet and better than other food. Ask your pediatrician and start with baby led weaning...
