A. For a 5-month-old baby, it is generally recommended to feed them breast milk or formula as their primary source of nutrition..Cow’s milk is heavy due to its protein content which is not easily digestible by babies. Also, cow’s milk doesn’t contain the other nutrients that a baby requires and hence it is an incomplete food.A baby Formula in the other hand is specifically formulated for babies with the right amount of minerals and nutrients required for their growth and hence is beneficial. So, give formula according to her needs. I would recommended Aptamil Gold Stage 1 Formula. It's best as it is the complete nutrition for babies...Aptamil Gold has Comes 3 different Stage ...After 6 month you can give Aptamil Gold Stage 2 And Stage 3 for 12+ babies ..

A. hello it is advisable to exclusively breastfeed the baby till baby complete 6 months and do not give baby cow milk ir any animal milk till then if the BM is not sufficient you can alternatively give infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like babyhug
