my son is 4yrs old he is having one spot hairloss I have attached pic is that any infection

Not necessarily and infection because if there is no hair does not mean it’s an infection but yes it could be the tourism skin problem because there’s only one patch that you are saying that it has no hair so once you get examined either with your paediatric or a dermatologist will have a clear status about the situation
