Q.

my son is 4yrs and 9 months old now.He is talking the basic words.he can easily communicate with closed ones.but not able to speak fluently like 5 words in a sentence without break.But he tries to make the sentence using the words he knows.is it normal.how can I help him in increasing his vocabulary?

A. no problem it can take some more time do not presuris the baby to speakfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
