my son is 4yr 10 mnth old. he is suffering from cough nd cold in every 15 days. he is nt able to enjoy or eating chocolate chips. I feel very bad for him.. give me solution so dat he is fine nd enjoying his kiddos life..

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. n ur Cough and cold is due to the seasonal variation or changes in temperature . Mostly it's a viral and will be normal in 3 to 5 days just steam as a home remedy for this. Other montair LC for cold and ascoril for cough can be used

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it happens because of low immunity. give citrus fruits ,green veggies ,nuts , pulses more. keep your child well hydrated dress your child in weather appropriate clothes provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt and Turmeric powder,few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
