my son is 4th month 4days baby his poop is sometimes mustard with seed and some times greenish with mucus and seed is normal in breastfeeding baby

If any time you find the mucus is continuous into the motion of your child then in that case you should consult your doctor once and if needed you can also get a done for your child that’s going to give you clear picture of this genuinely some problem or not
