Q.
My son is 4months old and from last 1month he is feeding less and usually feeds while sleeping.. resist feed while awake...his current weight is 6kg ,birth weight was 2.8... plz suggest what to do

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. weigth is optimum check for any oral ulcers During teething also babies tend to refuse food give semi solid food like curd yogurt etc if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area

The weight of your baby is perfectly fine.
Ideally the weight gets double the birth weight by five months.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, gaining weight then that means your baby is taking sufficient feed
