my son is 4 yrs month boy he is continuing speech therapy one year and he have comes speech but not say continue papa mama or any words required and have not understood and attention what to do plz suggest

With what you are posting it seems like apart from speech your child is also having an attention deficit issue where your child is not paying attention to what you say and also not able to understand what you are so it seems like there is an entire delay in the growth of your child you should visit your doctor for a proper checkup you should visit a child psychologist once
