my son is 4 years old he is having stomach ache and loose motions what was the reason and what syrup is used for tht

A. thank you doctor. he is ok now with stomach pain but he is not taking food properly and having vomtings while eating. please suggest me

A. the child is suffering from acute gastroenteritis (either viral or bacterial) examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics. can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two xtimes as per dr's recommendations. give easily digestible food. ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydrationz and ensure adequate glucose level in the body. for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml. do not give milk
