my son is 4 years old. he had a stomach infection few days ago. we showed him to doctor. after medication, he felt fine. but now he has mild fever over 99 degree almost every day. when we give paracetamol, the fever goes away but comes back again. what can I do. he has lost his appetite also.pls help

A. hi, 99 is not fever. no need to give paracetamol, Loss of appetite will be their during fever..so keep offering different foods that your baby likes. don't force feed. gi e plenty of clear fluids.
