my son is 4 years old he had a fall from bed 15 days ago and hit his head he was totally fine after that cried v little .he has recently caught cough and fever and is taking antibiotics just now but his behaviour has changed from yesterday he has become v violent is that because of medicine or because of fall pls suggest

severe headache or
excessive crying or
excessive vomiting or
abnormal movements or
lethargy or
seizures then kindly meet your doctor immediately for examination. c
if none of above danger signs are present then you can follow wait and watch policy

for pain you can give paracetamol which will help in also decreasing swelling on the head.
also apply ice locally.

Carefully read and follow the product's instructions on the Drug Facts label or talk to your pharmacist or health care provider about dosage. Encourage children to drink plenty of liquids to stay hydrated.
