My son is 4 years old and having fever since last 3 days. His fever goes till103. Fever goes after 2 hours of medicine and comes back every 3 hour. Doctor said not to give medicine (paracetamol )more than 4 times in a day with 6 hours gap but how to manage rest 3 hours in high fever. Please help can not see child in pain

A. yes it will causes liver damage if you more dose than advised please do cold sponging. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
