My son is 4 year old and he have swelling in his right side chick and pain is also there.in his upper tooth cavity happen. kindly suggest what to do.

A. the baby is 4 years of age probably baby is having infection after tooth and resulting infection spelling of the gums and root canal also please consult your doctor immediately take proper antibiotics
