my son is 4 months suffering from fungal infection on tongue kindly suggest photo attached

A. hi Such Fungal Infection needs proper medication so please visit your pediatrician for once always clean your child tongue with wet ,clean ,soft Cotton clothe or Babyhug tongue cleaner before and after each feeding
