my son is 4 months old. he is having red dots all over the body. what could be the reason? how to treat it?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. a child is having rash on the skin. it can occur due to sensitive skin or dry skin for due to some type of infection. if the skiiin of the child is dry you can apply moisturizing lotion which help in decreasing the rash. if if the rash is present on the sweating skin then you can apply calamine lotion. it is advisable to take a medical opinion
