Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. for this type of skin rash you will have to apply moisturizing lotion or cream more frexquently and you can go for any good brand available in the market. you can apply the lotion after the child has been given a bath. avoid sunlight without using a sunscreen. see that the child is well hydrated. if it is still not improving after applying mxoisturizing baby lotion after 3 to 4 days please visit your doctor. citaphil is one of the good brands you can apply.
