My son is 4 months old. due to no brestmilk he is completely on formula. till last month he was taking 120ml per feed. now he is only taking 50ml. his urine is very hot and yellow in color.

A. try comforting as you feed the baby .. maintain gap between feeds at least two hrs.. baby should take around 120ml start with solid after baby completes six months one new food one at a time
